Q2 2021

We’ve been working really hard on a couple of great new features, to make getregistered® to help bring simple, effective registration to even more of your events.

Here’s the lowdown…

  • Tracks - This huge new feature allows you to create ‘tracks’ within your events, to more easily manage the registration of different types of attendees. For example, you can gather registrations from VIPs or Speakers with targeted questions, invite them directly to the correct track, and even charge different registration fees for different tracks.
  • Payments - building on the ability to charge registration fees to attendees, there is now a full invoice/payment system available in admin. This can help you manage the full flow of registration and event charges, additional bills, and taking payments via check, cash, card , or even comping costs.
  • And as always, lots of minor updates and improvements ‘under the hood’ that ensure a better than ever experience for all getregistered® admins & attendees.

Q1 2021

During the first quarter of 2021, we’ve introduced a couple of brand new features that make getregistered® an even more powerful tool to have in your event-planning kitbag.

Here’s what’s new in getregistered®

  • Payment Gateways - we are currently in phase 1 of the roll-out of our new Payment Gateway feature. The current iteration of the feature allows you to integrate your Stripe account with getregistered®, giving you the freedom to collect payments from your attendees during the registration process. Phase 2 of the Payment Gateway feature will include full invoicing, the ability to refund attendees and more banking options - watch this space for updates in the coming months!
  • Ticketed Events - want an easy way to track your attendees during your event?… you’ve got it! When creating new events, you will now find the Ticketing/QR Codes option. By selecting this option for your event, individual QR codes for every attendee that registers for event will be generated. These QR codes can be used to check attendee details or check them in or out of any breakouts you have setup during your event. Best of all, you can do this all within getregistered® using our integrated QR code scanner - all you need is a device with a camera and getregistered® and you are good to go!
  • And as always, some minor updates ‘under the hood’ that ensure a speedy and stable experience for all getregistered® users.
